Real Estate is complicated enough, so we work hard to make everything about our product easier to understand. Here are some answers to frequently asked questions:
The Fundraising Suite provides everything a sponsor needs to raise capital. It is a great starting point for first-time capital raisers. This plan is also a great option for sponsors that have an existing portfolio of investments, but whose immediate priority is to streamline an upcoming capital raise. Under this plan, these sponsors don’t have to commit to migrating all of their historical investment data upfront.
The Investment Suite provides everything a sponsor needs to automate investor reporting, distributions, and other back office operations. This plan is designed for sponsors that have an existing portfolio of investments, but are not raising capital in the near future. Therefore, they don’t need all of the Fundraising Suite features.
The All-in-one Suite combines all of the features in the Fundraising Suite and Investment Suite into a single package.
We've developed partnerships with leading payment processors across the globe, with InvestNext, you can transact up to $1,000,000 in a single transaction.
You can sign up for InvestNext and pay month-to-month for your subscription. Alternatively, you can select either our quarterly or annual prepayment option to receive a discount on your subscription.
The Fundraising Suite is priced at a flat $55/month. Pricing for the Investment Suite and the All-in-one starts at $95/month and $125/month, respectively, and adjusts according to the total amount of active funds under management.
Funds Under Management is defined as the capital being managed within your portfolio. Note that if funds under management are reduced—for instance, you exit an investment—those funds are no longer considered active, your monthly subscription will be reduced accordingly.
You can switch plans with just a few clicks. For instance, you’ve been on the Fundraising Suite and have just completed your first fundraise on InvestNext. You recognize that you’ll want to start reporting to your investors, paying out distributions, as well continue vetting prospective investors for future offerings. In this case, you might select to move to the All-in-one plan, which would upgrade you instantaneously.
If you are considering syndicating and starting to put together a list of prospective investors, then InvestNext is a great tool to start building your investor pipeline.
InvestNext includes integrated payments. This feature enables you to collect and distribute funds directly within the platform. This is performed via Automated Clearing House (ACH).

The Incoming & Outgoing Funds fee operates on a pay-as-needed model. We charge 0.03% + 25¢ per individual payment transacted (capped at $25). For instance, if you were to send a $5,000 distribution to an investor, you would pay $1.75 to transact that distribution directly through InvestNext. To reach the $25 cap, you would have to send a distribution to an investor in excess of $83,000.
This fee enables us to maintain our direct connectivity to the ACH network, regardless of which bank you or your investors use. It also enables investors to update their banking details via the portal, without you having to manage it manually in the system. Of course, our Incoming & Outgoing Funds feature is totally optional. You can still export your distributions to the appropriate file format and run payments outside of InvestNext.
